Does anyone know where I can get hold of this album. It is listed everywhere but is always unavailable. Ideally I would like to download it.

I ran into the same situation when I first started research DL and his discography.  I even found online retailers selling this CD with a cataloge number.  But as far as I know this recording is a bootleg.

Looking at the Discography section of this site you will read:

"This is a bootleg. According to the CD, it was "Recorded Live in Toronto, Canada, April 1993" though I don't have a date for any show in Toronto at that time. It may be from a Much Music studio show that was recorded. "

Not sure if that helps...but thats all i know.

Not sure if anyone even looks at this Cool Water thread anymore but just an FYI that it is an official release now...and available as a download for $9.99.
