Here's a link to a really great article about the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival from the Phoenix, an "alt-weekly" in the Boston area. I post it here because of the reference to Indian Red. It reminds me that Lanois spent so much time in New Orleans. It's funny because I've been humming that song a lot lately to myself. I didn't realize it was a traditional song. Are there any other good recordings of it out there by other artists?
