where are the shows?

hi everyone,  ...i realize the party has all been mostly moved to dan's forum, but i feel very comfy here to say just what i want and there doesn't seem to be much happening on the other forum either.  my one question, am i the only one missing dan's live shows??  my friend and i travelled all the way to deep river to catch one of his only shows last summer, and now there doesn't appear to be any shows happening anywhere this summer yet.  really missing the live shows, they are so one of a kind, and special when they happen.  i hope he posts some dates for this summer around ontario again...

Agreed. I'm from the UK, but I'm in Canada for the next four or five months so this could be my first chance to catch a show or two!

I just poked into the forum on Dan's site. I gotta agree with you. I kinda prefer it here (hey Neufeld... long time no post). I keep hearing rumors of a new album. Friends in the biz tell me he's been in the studio but theres no surprise there. I guess we'll all just wait and see whats coming next (hopefully not another U2 album)

Last year he was at the Spaceland in LA for four Tuesday nights in a row. Also he has been known to show up at Pappy and Harriet's in Pioneertown,Ca. I have seen him there 2 times. If I catch wind of any shows I will post.

this placed kinda dried up after the other forum started.. I never joined there though as it seemed odd.. or whatever..
Anyway, i seldom check here anymore because no one ever posts..

that said, I have heard nothing on shows.

Life has been busy and I haven't been able to give much attention to the site or the forums. I may have to revamp the site or completely ditch it. Any ideas?

i love this site, hopefully you don't ditch it!  it is a great reference site.  i just got into Dan's music in the past 4 years, and was able to learn pretty much everything about his musical history through this site.  there is something about this site that breathes for me, which i like.  you have done a wonderful job with it.
